SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at All Hair Alternatives and Beas Mastectomy Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Canada-Wide Shipping Policy
Currently we are only shipping within Canada.

Shipment Processing
Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding holidays.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address. If inaccurate or incomplete details are provided or if there are unverified details with your order it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing info prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are $20 fixed rate.

Please note : We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the carrier


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) which can take up to 48 hours to update. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Should you not receive a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk folder.

Free safe Curbside Pick-up is available. Your Parcel will be ready in 3-5 business days for pickup. Please wait for a confirmation email PRIOR to picking up your order in person.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All Hair Alternatives and Bea's Mastectomy Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.).

Damages/Loss
All Hair Alternatives and Bea's Mastectomy Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
